We use only the finest Welsh ingredients sourced from local farms and suppliers. This focus on a wide variety of fresh ingredients ensures we have developed a menu to cater for a wide range of tastes and ages.

We understand that not all our patrons eat meat. That’s why John Wilkins has developed an exciting vegetarian menu which includes dishes that are both tasty and inspiring.

Local lamb, Welsh Black Beef and delicious Welsh afternoon tea served with champagne make up the bulk of our menu. We change it regularly for our guests who like to experience the delicious flavours and ambient surroundings on a regular basis.
